July 10, 2002 - On July 3, BCI Aircraft Leasing, Inc. closed a sale/leaseback transaction on four Boeing 737-400 aircraft with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. The transaction increased BCI's fleet to 18 owned aircraft. Babcock & Brown LP acted as advisor to KLM.
